2024 Donor Athlete Sponsorship Form

Are you a living donor athlete or transplant center personnel looking for financial sponsorship for a 2024 competitive athletic event? Donor Games may be interested in sponsoring you.

The National Kidney Registry and its Donor Games initiative will consider applications for event sponsorship from living donor athletes and transplant center personnel for a wide variety of competitive events including, but not limited to, triathlons, endurance races, CrossFit competitions and more.

Please complete the form below to be considered for sponsorship. All forms must be completed at least 60 days prior to the event start date. The Donor Games requires at least 30 days from receipt of application to make a decision on each application. If approved for financial sponsorship, we request at least 30 days prior to the event to promote the athlete and his/her event.
